Bronx Charter School is a new building containing 11 stories and 50 residential units, with multiple commercial tenants. The building is targeting LEED Platinum with ultra-low energy consumption made possible by heating 50% of domestic water with solar panels, and an onsite co-generation plant providing power and building heat. This building has attained numerous city and state financial grants.
The design of new 80,000 CFM built up air handler was completed to replace the existing in the Meyer Building of New York University.
