We have provided professional MEP/FA engineering consultation services for the gut renovation. Our proposal was based on the drawings sent and correspondence with our office on 04-29-2016. The project consisted of renovating 5 classrooms within the school. Classrooms are cut in half by folding walls and a sink has been added to the art room. MEP/FA systems are modified to accommodate the new layout with foldable walls.
NY Engineers was involved with the designing of the HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems for the renovated glass washing and sanitizing room. The biological laboratory serves for students and researchers, and as a teaching facility.
In 2009, Brooklyn College unveiled the “West Quad,” the first new building to be constructed on the campus since the 1970s.
