NY Engineers provided professional consulting engineering services for the project. We added sprinklers throughout the office’s two floors (mezzanine, business-use area, and exam rooms between the cellar and ground floor) and a new ducted mechanical system (a split system for the cellar). We also buried the existing sewage pipe in the cellar and provided ejector and sump pumps as needed; pumps and drainage were defined so that the owner may have a waterfall under the stairs. All utility services were reused.
