Located in New York City’s most vibrant neighborhood, AKA Times Square provides guests with the opportunity to stay just blocks away from Times Square, one of the most legendary places in the world. Whether visitors choose to have a long or short stay, they will find themselves in the center of all that Manhattan has to offer with something for everyone, ranging from fine dining, shopping, entertainment, nightlife, and instant access to Sixth Avenue’s business corridor. Guests are invited to stay in any of the 105 studios, 1 & 2 bedroom suites, and duplex penthouses offered, all equipped to make customers’ stays at AKA Hotels feel as though they are in their own private homes.
How We Helped AKA HOTEL | TIMES SQUARE
NY Engineers upgraded the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sprinkler, and fire alarm systems, including emergency lighting, smoke exhaust system, and ADA compliance to allow short-term stays. Overall occupancy was upgraded from R-2 to R-1.
