HOW WE HELPED 302 BROADWAY

On behalf of George Langer one of the Principals of NY Engineers, we are pleased to respond to your request for MEP design service required for this project. The project consists of approximately 30,000 square feet, based on the architectural documents dated 08-08-2016 made up of a cellar – utilities, and possible space for a vault for the bank on the first floor. Design to include all utilities included for the entire project. - First floor – Bank, shell & core only, temporary sprinkler design, space heating and air conditioning design, special design required for can machine, vault, etc. excluded from this scope. - Second Floor – Medical Center, fit out included in this scope with the assumption that the final layout, including lighting layouts, manufacturers’ equipment information for specialty equipment such as x-ray or otherwise will be timely provided with locations, nature, space heating, and air conditioning design, special design required for can machine, vault, etc. excluded from this scope. - Third Floor – Garage, complete design. - Fourth –Sixth Floor – Rental residential about 20 apartments, complete design. Review and process shop drawings submitted by contractors, field visits, and reports for the above-indicated scope of work. All new utilities shall be included. George Langer shall be the acting principal on this project.
