NY Engineers provided professional Fire Alarm engineering consultation services for the renovation. The project consists of renovating the office space on the 4th floor. This shall entail redesigning the fire alarm system to support splitting the space into 2 separate tenant spaces to ensure code compliance. Fire alarm drawings will be provided for the filing of one new office space not to exceed 1,000 square feet.
