How We Helped CELLAR STORAGE 500 PARK AV
NY Engineers provided MEP/FP professional consulting engineering services for the renovation. The existing unfinished cellar storage area was split into a base building storage area and a tenant storage area. Sprinkler coverage was adjusted. A Janitors sink was relocated. Lighting and power was added and circuited. Ventilation requirements were met, but the space remained unconditioned.
