The project consists of renovating the large, single-story manufacturing warehouse with adjoining office space. The warehouse is conditioned by rooftop units and ceiling-hung gas-fired heaters. Portions of the building are heated by a central boiler with two hot water loops and there are multiple split-system units serving the office spaces.
