We provided professional MEP/FP engineering consultation services for for the HVAC survey and report. We will perform a site inspection of the mechanical system and provide a report of our findings and recommendations. The existing metering configuration will be examined to confirm appropriate equipment is being metered. The mechanical system will be compared to engineering design drawings provided and discrepancies discovered will be reported. Appropriate sequences of operation will be provided for the existing system. Suggestions will be presented with regard to any possible energy optimization or controls improvements that may be made to improve performance.
