We provided professional Mechanical engineering consultation services for the renovation. The project consists of renovating the mechanical system in the approximately 4,000 ft2 apartment. Existing PTAC units were removed. A three zone split central air condition system was designed, with the zone including the bedroom area to be further controlled through zoning dampers. One interior bathroom shall require exhaust, and a new dryer shall be vented. New radiators shall also be specified as needed through the apartment.
