We provided engineering consultation services for the electrical survey. Our Principals have prepared over 100 similar studies, and have worked for many residential buildings and property managers. This project entailed a site survey to determine the existing conditions of the electrical service and equipment in the building. All 24 units in the building were included in the survey. A report was submitted detailing the existing conditions as well as load calculations for the existing service within the building.
