We York Engineers provided MEP and fire protection engineering consultation for 1293 Bergen street, Brooklyn renovation project. The project consists of renovating the approximately 4,000 ft2 home. The apartment will undergo substantial architectural layout changes. Full MEP/FP consulting services were provided to convert 3 floors from a 2-family to single family home. Bulkhead for relocated stair was the only exterior work required. Home is currently vacant but not abandoned – existing utilities were reused.
