Bush Terminal, now known as Industry City is a historic, waterfront, shipping, warehousing and manufacturing complex. Bush Terminal was the first of its kind and was the largest multi-tenant industrial property in the United States.
NY Engineers provided professional MEP/FP engineering consultation services for the renovation. The project consists of renovating the approximately 30,249 ft2 office, 20,000 ft2 lab, and 150,000 ft2 manufacturing and warehouse. Work was done in Building 19 and 20, on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
Standing on a space once occupied by a lecture hall owned by Yeshiva University, 237 East 34th Street will be a mixed use building featuring 107 condominiums spread across 26 floors, plus first floor retail space.
