The building’s lower three floors are clad in Indiana limestone. Some of the 104 studio, one- two- and three-bedroom condominiums have fireplaces and the building has a garage, gym, and garden as well as a concierge and doorman.
We entailed a survey of the existing conditions of all MEP/FP equipment within the existing parking garage beneath 222 Riverside Drive. The 30-year-old garage accommodates 32 cars with a valet attendant. Survey determined the existing conditions of all MEP/FP equipment, including the ventilation system and sanitary system with pumps. NY Engineers submitted a report detailing existing conditions, code analysis, highlighting any existing code violations, and an equipment condition assessment.
