This project shall consist of two phases: Phase 1 shall include a thorough site survey to determine existing conditions within the building and to determine whether gas or electric heat shall be the most economical solution for the building. Phase 2 shall include all mechanical and electrical design for the building including either new gas risers to each apartment on existing gas service or electrical upgrades to each apartment with electrical heat and AC. NY Engineers shall conduct contractor bidding for project work.
