NY Engineers provided professional Mechancial engineering consultation services for the renovation. The project consists of renovating the mechanical system for the approximately 4,000 ft2 apartment. This entailed adding a new 3-4 ton condenser; 2 to 3 new air conditioning units; motorized backdraft damper for kitchen exhaust; cooling added to pantry.
