We provided professional MP engineering consultation services for the renovation. The project consists of renovating the approximately 3,700 ft2, 4 floor plus cellar townhouse. This included: plumbing diagrams for the DOB; advice and plans for dealing with poor drainage in the house, especially the cellar and garden floor; and coordination for roof drainage as necessary for the green roof. It also included specifications for electrical generator.
