NY Engineers worked on a downtown Brooklyn rentals renovation site for professional MEP and sprinkler protection engineering consultation services. The project consists of the renovation of two existing apartment buildings in Downtown Brooklyn. A 4-floor plus cellar building, measuring approximately 4,500 ft2 was converted into 4 residential rental units, and a 3-floor plus cellar building, measuring approximately 5,000 ft2 was converted into 2 residential rental units with a white box commercial tenant on the ground floor.
We provided professional engineering consultation services for the construction of a new seven story building comprised of ten residential units. An ultra-efficient Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) System was utilized.
