NY Engineers worked for BanG Studio LLC client to provide professional MEP engineering consultation services for the renovation of 107 Saint Felix Street. The project consists of renovating the first floor and basement with a partial renovation of the second floor within the three-story brownstone, the rest of which will remain untouched. On the first floor, the kitchen (including gas, plumbing, and electric) and the powder room were relocated and an additional complete bathroom was installed. On the second floor, only the bathroom was renovated and the basement was modified to include a new wet bar and bathroom.
We provided professional engineering consultation services for the construction of a new seven story building comprised of ten residential units. An ultra-efficient Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) System was utilized.
