464 Broome Street was originally constructed in 1860 by Aaron Arnold, the wealthy New York merchant responsible for founding one of America’s oldest department stores, Arnold Constable & Company, which was located just two blocks away on Canal Street.
We provided professional Mechanical engineering consultation services for the renovation. The project consists of designing the mechanical system for the approximately 2,000 ft2 apartment on the 5th floor.
