The historic High Victorian Gothic-style residence was built in 1874. The 9-bedroom, 6-bathroom home is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Recently purchased in 2011, the entire interior was modernized. All MEP systems were modernized. We provided MEP professional consulting engineering services for the project.
