We provided professional plumbing engineering consultation services for the renovation. The project consists of splitting the existing high-pressure gas service into two duplex regulator assemblies – one high-pressure and one low-pressure. The new high-pressure serves the DHW boilers only. The new low-pressure service serves the residential apartment building. Con Ed interface and DOB filing were provided by NY Engineers.
