Our Principals have prepared over 100 similar studies, and have worked for many residential buildings and property managers. This entailed design review for the mechanical system for the restaurant tenant located on the ground floor and cellar. A report was submitted detailing corrections and improvements to mechanical system design. One design review is included in price – each review after submission of report shall be $1,000 per review.
