NYE provided professional MEP/FP engineering consultation services for the renovation and expansion. The project consists of renovating and expanding the existing 1 floor plus cellar and subcellar building to create whitebox retail space for fitout by future tenant. Existing subcellar was eliminated. Portions of existing cellar and first floor were reused, and first floor was expanded. A second floor was added. New square footage is 5843 ft2. Existing utilities were reused.
