We have provided professional Mechanical engineering consultation services for the renovation. Our proposal was based on the meeting with our office on 01-25-2016. The project consists of mechanical construction documents suitable for filing, showing the demolition of the existing boiler plant and the installation of new Con Edison steam service. Heat exchangers also provided to serve domestic hot water.
