Rosati’s Pizza was planning to open a new store in Florida. The place was a small white box space with existing electrical, water, sanitary, and gas services provided by the base building.
The client was looking for a low-cost design by utilizing the existing services provided by the base building.
Following were the challenges-
Our team of design experts took the challenge and found the best possible routing for the ductwork, gas, and water piping for utilizing existing rooftop units without affecting the operations of other stores. Water, gas, and electrical power load were calculated and satisfied within the available existing load in compliance with all local and energy conservation requirements.
Wall-mounted tankless water heater was provided to reduce the equipment space. Grease waste was designed to reutilize the existing grease trap.
We saved the cost and time for the client by providing quick, and affordable design within 2 weeks which resulted in the smooth start-up of a new pizza store before the timeline.
Scope includes plumbing, sprinkler, HVAC & electrical.
