PROJECT INFORMATION
This is a Courtyard Marriott hotel located in Hamilton, New Jersey. NY Engineers did Value Engineering for this project which resulted in reducing the project cost along with complying to Courtyard Marriott design standards which included, providing proper and adequate floor control assemblies on each floor, providing heat recovery system in guestrooms, dedicated air conditioning systems as per Marriott standards etc. along with many other changes resulting in improved and efficient systems.
